Terms of Use

By accessing or using the Organizi app (the “App”, “Service” or “Organizi”), you fully agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any provision, you must stop using it immediately.

Organizi is a personal finance app developed by Diego Furtado (the “Owner”), offered for free, with optional premium features, for iOS and Android devices.

To use the features, you need to create an account through Sign in with Google or Apple ID. You are responsible for keeping your credentials with these providers confidential.

You declare that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian. A person may not keep more than one active account.

You can delete your account at any time in the App settings, which permanently erases your financial data from the server.

Organizi grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the App on devices you own, for personal and non-commercial purposes only.

You agree NOT to:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell or rent any part of the Service;
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code;
• Use bots, scrapers or any automated means to access the Service without express authorization;
• Use the App for illegal activities or to harm third parties.

Organizi offers:

• Manual entry of payments, bills and recurring expenses;
• Automatic expense categorization using artificial intelligence (OpenAI, Google Gemini);
• Reading of boletos and receipts via OCR (Google Vision) from shared images;
• Financial dashboard with charts and statistics;
• Reminders and push notifications about due dates;
• Optional integration with Web3 wallets to display a DeFi portfolio.

Organizi is not a financial institution, does not move money, does not offer credit, does not make investment recommendations and does not provide financial advice regulated by the CVM or the Central Bank of Brazil.

Organizi operates on a freemium model. Premium features can be purchased through a subscription processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, handled by RevenueCat.

Subscriptions renew automatically according to the chosen period (monthly/annual) until they are canceled in your Apple/Google account settings at least 24 hours before the next cycle.

We may offer a free trial of up to 60 days. At the end of the trial, you are charged automatically unless you cancel beforehand.

Refunds follow the app store policies (App Store / Google Play) — we do not process refunds directly.

You keep all rights to the data you enter in the App (payment names, amounts, categories, notes, shared images).

By using the Service, you grant Organizi a limited license to store, process and display this data solely for the operation of the App.

Organizi strives to keep the Service available 24/7, but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The App may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates or third-party failures.

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any feature at any time, with or without prior notice.

Organizi is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Owner will not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss or losses resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the App.

You are solely responsible for your financial decisions. Organizi is an organization tool — it does not replace professional advice from accountants, advisors or financial planners.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notification at least 15 days in advance.

Continued use after the change means you accept the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of the consumer’s place of residence are chosen to settle any disputes.
